On Saturday, April 23, 2022, Occidental College inaugurated its 16th President, Harry J. Elam, Jr. We welcomed all members of the Oxy community, including students, faculty, staff, alumni and parents, to join us on campus for this long-awaited celebratory event.

President Harry J. Elam, Jr. joined Occidental College in July 2020 under the unique and challenging circumstances of a global pandemic. With his leadership, the College pushed forward and we are excited and honored to officially celebrate his Installation as Oxy’s 16th president.
