In January 2024, President Elam signed the Second Nature Climate Commitment, pledging to develop a comprehensive action plan for campus climate resilience and mitigation. This plan will expand on and enhance existing sustainability efforts on campus. Join Oxy's new Sustainability Coordinator Alison Linder and & Assistant Sustainability Coordinator Isa Merel '23 for a walking tour showcasing our sustainability achievements and ongoing projects. Participants will gain a full understanding of past achievements and future goals for Oxy's charge towards climate resiliency and sustainability.
Participants will also enjoy a tasting of the inaugural batch of 2023 Oxy Olive Oil and get a sneak peek at this year's harvest plans.
