Lindsay supports President Stritikus by providing strategic guidance, leadership, and engagement with the Occidental community. She collaborates with senior leadership to coordinate strategic projects that advance the Occidental Promise. Additionally, she manages communication with the Board of Trustees, oversees major communications from the president in conjunction with the Office of Marketing and Communications, and supervises staff in the Office of the President.
Lindsay joins Occidental College from the University of Puget Sound, bringing over 15 years of higher education experience. At Puget Sound, she served as associate vice president for marketing and communications. Prior to that, she worked at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado where she held progressively senior positions, including director of marketing and communications.
Lindsay has a bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, and Art from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and Organizational Leadership from Drexel University. She is an active commissioner on the CASE Commission for Communications and Marketing and contributes to the planning committee for the American Marketing Association’s Symposium on Higher Education.
