- March 21: Join us at the to celebrate your admission.

- Activate your oxy.edu account and Oxy email address
- Sign into RAFTR
June
- Submit housing application form
- Submit request for disability accommodations (housing and/or academics)
- Submit meal plan selection form
- Submit a photo for your student ID card
- Submit advising information form
- Take online placement exams (if applicable)
- Ask your high school or counselor to send your final, official transcript to the Office of Admission
- Add authorized users to your student account for e-billing
- Accept financial aid offer
- Submit new student health forms
- Sign up for or waive Oxy student health insurance
July
- The first e-bill for the Fall 2025 semester is emailed
August
- Submit first payment due for direct costs from Occidental (tuition, fees, housing, and meals)
- Room and roommate assignments released by REHS
- Submit FERPA Privacy Rights form (optional)
- Move-in for new international students
- International New Student Orientation
