Rapunzel, Cinderella, Jack (of Beanstalk fame), Little Red Riding Hood, and a married couple of Bakers all wish for what they think will bring them happiness. Everyone's wish is granted, but the consequences of chasing their desires haunt them with disastrous results. With a glittering score, nuanced lyrics and a heavy dose of beguiling theatricality, Into the Woods explores what happens after “happily ever after.”
